Dijon mustard 1 tablespoon
Boneless, skinless chicken breast halves 2
Cooking spray
Slivered almonds, coarsely chopped 2 tablespoons


  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise and mustard.
  3. Place chicken breasts in a baking dish coated with cooking spray. Spread mustard mixture over tops of chicken. Sprinkle with almonds and bake 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
