Inpatient Registration Information
The Admitting Office is located on the first floor near the hospital's main entrance. When you are admitted to the hospital, we will enter your information into our computer and you will sign the necessary admission forms. You will then be escorted to your room by a patient transporter.
You need only bring essentials with you to the hospital. These might include pajamas, bath robe, and personal hygiene items. Bring your medications, too, if your physician has instructed you to do so.
You should bring your insurance policy or insurance identification card when you are admitted.
Financial arrangements are made in the Business Office (Patient Accounts) located on the first floor near the hospital's main entrance. Arrangements for payment of your hospital bill must be made prior to or at the time of admission. If you anticipate difficulty concerning the financing of your hospitalization, please contact your patient counselor in the Patient Accounts Office at (850) 494-4120 prior to admission to make necessary arrangements.
