Tony Lee, MD

Biography

Licheng (Tony) Lee, M.D., FACC, Invasive Cardiologist with Northwest Florida Heart Group, earned his medical degree from the University of Texas-Southwestern Medical School in Dallas.  His postgraduate training included a residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Hawaii in Honolulu and a Fellowship in Cardiology at the University of Florida in Gainesville.  He is board certified in cardiovascular disease, internal medicine, cardiac computed tomography, and nuclear cardiology.  Dr. Lee is also a fellow to the American College of Cardiology (ACC).

During Dr. Lee’s academic career, he was the recipient of several awards including Excellence in Cardiology while at the University of Hawaii.   He has also participated in research projects and has been published in several clinical journals, including Heart & Lung:  The Journal of Acute and Critical Care and Cardiovascular Ultrasound.

In addition to English, Dr. Lee is fluent in French and Chinese.
