Class of 2021

Dr. Caitlin Bowman

Dr. Caitlin Bowman is originally from Phoenix City, AL. She received her Doctorate of Pharmacy degree from Samford University McWhorter School of Pharmacy in Birmingham, AL. Upon completion of her PGY1 residency, Dr. Bowman went on to further her education with a PGY2 in infectious diseases at Huntsville Hospital.

Dr. Devan Rockwell

Dr. Devan Rockwell earned her Doctorate of Pharmacy from Harrison School of Pharmacy at Auburn University after completing her Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Upon completion of her PGY1 residency, Dr. Rockwell went on to further her education with a PGY2 in ambulatory care at USA Health Physicians Groups in Mobile, AL.


Class of 2020

Dr. Kristen Seaux

Dr. Kristen Seaux received her Doctorate of Pharmacy degree from the University of Louisiana Monroe College of Pharmacy. Her clinical interests include infectious disease and critical care. Upon completion of her PGY-1 residency, Dr. Seaux accepted a clinical pharmacist position at a community hospital in Alexandria, LA.

Dr. Meena Manepalli

Dr. Meena Manepalli earned her Doctorate of Pharmacy from the University of Florida after completing her Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Florida State University. Her professional interest include oncology, infectious diseases, and emergency medicine. During her PGY1 residency at West Florida Healthcare, Dr. Manepalli completed the Teaching and Learning Certificate program and a longitudinal research project on opioid use disorder. Dr. Manepalli currently works as an oncology clinical pharmacist at Baptist Health South Florida.


Class of 2019

Dr. Deven Dunlop

Dr. Deven Dunlop earned his Doctorate of Pharmacy from Florida A&M University after completing his undergraduate courses at the University of West Florida. His professional interests include infectious disease, emergency medicine, and critical care. Upon completion of his PGY-1 residency, Dr. Dunlop hopes to attain a clinical pharmacist position in California where he can optimize patient outcomes and work as part of a collaborative healthcare team.

Dr. Kristen Woodberry

Dr. Kristen Woodberry earned her doctorate of pharmacy from Florida A&M University after completing her bachelor of science in biology at University of Georgia. Upon finishing her PGY-1 residency at West Florida Hospital, she stayed on at West Florida Hospital as a clinical pharmacist and earned MAD-ID certification from the Advanced Antimicrobial Stewardship Training Program. She recently accepted a position at North Florida Regional Medical Center to be closer to family.


Class of 2017

Dr. Teng Eduardo

Dr. Teng Eduardo received her Doctorate of Pharmacy from LECOM School of Pharmacy - Erie campus after receiving her Bachelor's Degree in Nursing at the University of Central Florida. Her professional interests include internal medicine and ambulatory care. She enjoys direct patient interaction and empowers her patients. Dr. Eduardo moved to central Florida and is employed as a full-time clinical pharmacist.

Dr. Megan Graham

Dr. Megan Graham received her Doctorate of Pharmacy from Florida A & M University after completing undergraduate courses at Gulf Coast State College in Panama City, Florida. Her professional interests include rehabilitative medicine with a focus on geriatric patients, emergency medicine, and academia. Dr. Graham moved back to Panama City, post-residency to pursue a full-time clinical pharmacist position at another HCA hospital. She is currently waiting publication of her residency research project, the assessment and evaluation of a pharmacist driven stress ulcer prophylaxis protocol.


Class of 2016

Dr. Maria Bondar

Dr. Maria Bondar is originally from Atlanta, Georgia. She completed undergraduate courses at the University of Georgia and earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from University of Georgia College of Pharmacy in Athens. Following completion of her PGY-1 residency, Dr. Bondar accepted a full-time clinical pharmacist position in Georgia. Dr. Bondar is currently seeking her board certification in pharmacotherapy.

Dr. Glenn Grantner

Dr. Glenn Grantner received his Doctorate of Pharmacy from the University of Florida – St. Petersburg campus after completing his undergraduate studies at the University of West Florida here in Pensacola. Upon completion of his PGY-1 residency, Dr. Grantner accepted a position as a clinical pharmacist at a local hospital in Pensacola. Dr. Grantner has achieved his board certification in pharmacotherapy and MAD-ID certification post-residency. In the spring of 2019, Dr. Grantner plans to pursue board certification in cardiology.

Dr. Melissa Holloway

Dr. Letha Huang

Dr. Letha Huang completed her PGY1 residency at West Florida Hospital in June of 2015, followed by a PGY2 Pediatric Residency at Peyton Manning Children's Hospital in Indianapolis, Indiana. Since the completion of her PGY2, Dr. Huang has been a pediatric cellular therapy and hematology/oncology clinical pharmacist specialist at Advent Health in Orlando, FL. Dr. Huang received board certification in pediatrics and in August 2020, she became the PGY2 Pediatric Residency Program Director at Advent Health for Children.


Class of 2014

Dr. Lauren Martino

Dr. Martino completed her PGY-1 residency at West Florida Hospital in June of 2014. After graduating, she continues to work as a prn clinical pharmacist with us. She returned home to Mississippi to take on a role as a full time clinical pharmacist in a community hospital pharmacist in Biloxi, MS. She has also achieved a personal goal of becoming a Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist.

Dr. Lauren Miller Kretz

Dr. Kretz completed her residency at West Florida Hospital in June of 2014. After successfully finishing her residency, Dr. Kretz moved to Ohio, to assume the role as a clinical pharmacist within a community hospital setting.


Class of 2013

Dr. Eleanor Bituin

Following the completion of her PGY-1 Residency, Dr. Bituin, joined the staff of West Florida Hospital as a clinical pharmacist in June of 2013. She remained an integral part of our clinical pharmacy services. She became chair of the hospital Medication Safety Committee and a preceptor for our Adult Internal Medicine rotation. During the summer of 2015, Dr. Bituin, moved to Alaska with her family. She is currently practicing as clinical pharmacist in Alaska.

Class of 2012

Dr. Deanna Fernandes

After completion of her PGY-1 residency at West Florida Hospital, Dr. Fernandes, has completed a one-year geriatric fellowship with the University of Miami and the Miami VA. Dr. Fernandes then went on to pursue a PGY-2 residency in psychiatry at the VA in Gainesville. She is currently working at the VA in Gainesville, as an ambulatory care pharmacist with a focus on psychiatric care.

Dr. Shane Chordas

After completion of his PGY1 residency at West Florida Hospital, Dr. Chordas worked as a full-time clinical pharmacist at West Florida Hospital (WFH) until the summer of 2015. While at WFH, Dr. Chordas was a lead preceptor for many residency program learning experiences and he led many of the clinical pharmacy initiatives along with the pharmacy clinical manager. He achieved his BCPS and MAD-ID advanced certificate while at West Florida. He was also one of our lead antimicrobial stewardship pharmacists. To advance his career even further, Dr. Chordas accepted a position as the pharmacy clinical manager at Ascension in Pensacola.
